The Continental MaxContact MC6 features a multifunctional tread with dedicated features to tackle multi-directional tread forces for superior handling/cornering response including:

• Stabiliser bars along tyre circumference for better stability
• Asymmetric rib design curbs slanting during heavy cornering
• Longitudinal chamfered edges prevents lateral rolling-in of the ribs
• Chevron grip elements uniformly distribute pressure even on the inside tyre 

 

 

Braking Performance
The Continental MaxContact MC6 utilizes special adhesive polymer compound with adaptive grip properties to achieve improved braking performance in all conditions, as well as:

• Chevron grip elements to optimize contact for improved wet braking
• Stable rib design to resist block distortion for improved dry braking

The Continental MaxContact MC6 maximizes ride comfort by reducing tyre flexing and noise with a combination of innovative construction technology and unique tread design, such as:
